Setting Up An Account With Us

We provide an opportunity for you to set up an account with us, where your billing and shipping information will automatically be stored in our system for future purchases. After setting up an account, you no longer have enter your billing or shipping information if you plan to use the same information for future purchases.

You will also receive periodic mailings about sale specials from us and our strategic partners.

In order to access your account for future purposes, you must use the userid and password that you entered when you established your account.

Note, setting up an account is optional, and you can place an order without setting up an account.

Shipping Your Order

Our goal is to ship orders one business day after it is placed, as long as ordered items are available to ship. If ordered items are not available to ship, then we will e-mail you inquiring if you want us to process the order once the items become available.

We offer standard and express shipping. On an average, standard shipping will take 3-5 business days within the USA.

Standard shipping may take longer for:
• Deliveries to CA, AL, HI, and PR
• Deliveries to APO/FPO addresses (may take up to 21 days)

Express shipping will take 1 business day and arrive in the afternoon within the USA.

Express shipping is not available for:
• Deliveries to PO Box addresses
• Deliveries to APO/FPO addresses

For $50 and over orders, standard shipping is free. For orders less than $50, then you have a choice between the postal service Priority Mail or UPS Ground.

For express shipping, we use UPS Next Day Saver the rates are calculated by UPS based on the weight and shipping address. Upon checkout you will see the calculated rate. Rates start at $19.75.

Our Return Policy

If an item is damaged:
You must contact us within 5 business days of delivery and hold onto the box the order was shipped in. Once the claim has been settled the box can be discarded. Contact us via email returns@chinweandyou.com or call 703-229-4493 or 1-866-317-0203.

To return an item that is not damaged:
You must contact us within 10 business days of delivery. Contact us via email returns@chinweandyou.com or call 703-229-4493 or 1-866-317-0203 to receive a “Return Authorization Number”. Items must be packed to prevent damage during shipping and be returned in good condition. We require the return shipment to be sent with a tracking number to confirm that we received it, so that we can issue a return credit. Returns sent any other way will not be accepted. Please include the Return Authorization number on the front of the returned package.
